Weird Habit.

So recently i got my first snake, it is a Coastal Carpet Python. He is generally pretty good to handle, but sometimes he will squeeze my hand and shake his head side to side really quick! it seems like he is striking at the air... he doesnt do it directly at anything. Any ideas on what it could be? >.> to me it seems almost playful.

My partners jungle does that but when he moves his head he does it up against the body. Like he's trying to find somewhere to burrow under and hide. Not too sure why he does it but I have to say it always makes me chuckle a little. It's quite cute.

haha, sounds like what one of my jungles does, squeezes soo hard teh kinda shakes, but big shakes, then tightens a bit more and does it again!
then he bites and pees on me which is a bit less cute,..lol!
