What class licence can you keep a brown tree snake under in NSW?

ACT you can't keep them at all as they are classed as Vens.

The Link in my original post is for the 2011 Species list and yupit says for Brown tree snake can be kept on R1 Licence

Nope, phase.

by definition a phase is a colour variety, morph, etc that can appear in a population.
