What is this monitor

Hey all,
Went trail bike riding on sunday along the goulburn river and came across this monitor on the track, by the time i'd stopped the bike and got my camera out of my camelback he had taken off up a tree.
This is the best pic(hope it works) i got of it and was just wondering what type of monitor it is?

Thanks all,
I thought it was a lace monitor but dont really know much about the lizards so i thought id ask.
I didn't realize how big they are, this one seemed huge
