It's easily fixed a string of capital letters can be disabled in the Admin control panel

It's almost as annoying as threads that have cryptic one word titles.

Or cryptic titles, period!

My particular pet hate on here is misspelt titles. Some recent examples have been "Woddies", which sounds like one of the Wombles who, as far as I know, weren't reptiles, and "Breading", which bugged me so much I confess to using magic mod powers to correct.

Not in the version being used. If it's that bad, I could look into it - though personally I think it's a matter for the poster to deal with.
