Hey guys I have a question about my woma python. I noticed when he opens his mouth to feed I see some clear saliva from his top to bottom jaw. Is this normal my friend says it isn't normal and maybe sick. I also just fed him two days ago and he just bit me and constricted around my arm and wouldn't let go I had to carefully remove his mouth from my finger LOL.. Anyways any help will be appreciated.

Sounds like a very healthy woma to me. i would say your freind might need educating though.

welcome to the wonderfull world of womas... saliva in mouths is perfectly normal...

It sounds perfectly normal, how ever a wet mouth can be early signs of RI, which is where your friend mite be getting confused. But the fact it's eating I assume it has plenty of heat so highly doubt it has RI (respiratory infection) a fancy name for a cold
