No, i dont. I mean its not like its going to starve while its in the shedding process.
 
If you dont, why? Is it because you have seen internet rumours about it being bad for them?
If it is shedding, I just see if it will take it, if it does, good for it!
 
I don't normally bother as most snakes won't take it anyway. Only one of mine does and it never seems to bother him.
 
I vote no. It must be like trying to eat a whole roast chicken at once wearing a tight turtle neck jumper:shock: I imagine it must feel tight? But that is just a guess, maybe their dry ready to shed skin stetches just the same as their regular skin does?? I think that most snakes would take food at any time when offered because instictively they are opportunistic feeders??

yes....if they will take it, if you feed then specificly once a week or fortnight why not keep that schedule goin.
 
I missed my male's signs of an upcoming shed last time around, I fed him at about 8pm and he took it and ate it, when I got up and checked him at 6am the next morning there was a fresh shed on the floor so I don't see the problem.
