My pygmy dragon frequently makes his eyes pop out. Is this normal?

Also is there such thing as pink tongues?

Does he do it to scratch his eye? Our chameleon used to do it, completely grossed and freaked me out the first time, even time I got him out, he used to pop his eyes out and rub them on my hand. I havent seen my beardies do anything like that though.

my beardie sometimes shuts his eyes and then pops them out with them shut is this wat urs does cause it is just cleaning them i think
