Personally i'd say no, even though you might think nothing will happen between them, your can never be to careful. They are differnent species or reptile, and yes, some species might have the same diet or same enclosure requirements, at the same time they are seperate species, they probally don't even want to be with each other.

its not the frogs id be worried about the frogs will eat the geckos in time believe it or not dont under estimate frogs lol.
