Heat at night or not? - Beardies

Hey guys

got a new heat globe today for beardies it gets up to 45 in hot end and the beardies are loving it.

Should i keep this on 24/7 or start introducing them to a routine so that it is only on for 12hrs?

One is 6 months the other 9 months?

I don't give my beardeis any heat at night.There enclosure get down to 10c at night in winter and there doing well.

You should turn it off as in the wild they wont have any access to heat.
