Just search for threads on it, there will be millions of them. One idea is to try rolling the mouse in one day old chicken feathers.

My female is a very fussy eater. I've tried scenting, braining, cutting, warming, dangling, pervoking, skink, etc. I found out eventually that I don't have to do any of those.
In order for me to get her to eat I placed her in a little plastic cage (like the ones you transport mice or small snakes in) dropped the mouse in there so it was touching her all the time. After 5-10min she would eat it. Some people call it "The Small Box Trick"
