Hi guys,
About two weeks ago I bought a shingleback skink. I'm not sure of the age or gender but he seemed very healthy when I was picking him. He settled in fast and ate lots of veggies for about a week. I then fed him a pinkie mouse which he ate entusiastically. The next day a fed him a little bit of minced roo meat after his veggies. It has been three days now and he hasn't eaten anything since the roo meat and has been acting very lethargic (just lying under the heat lamp with his eyes semi-open).
The basking spot is abou 40 degrees and I have been keeping a close eye on humidity which has averaged about 40%. I have no experience with RI but his breathing is silent and I havn't seen any bubbles around his nostrils or nose. Any suggestions as to why he has suddenly stopped eating would be very much appreciated
