Sold wrong snake.

Hey aps.

I was sold a 'georgetown Stimsons python' but it turns out it was a blonde spotted. Now I love the guy and dont want to refund him but all the paperwork and such says stimsoni on it. If i decided i wanted to get another python a breed would anyone actually take the offspring without a guarantee of what species it is? Also, i was told it was male but if the species wasnt true I doubt the sex is so i will also have to check that. Who do i talk to about sexing a python? Any reptile vet?

How do you know its a blonde spotted if it was sold to you as a stimsons?
A reptile vet would be able to sex it for you.

Definitely a Stimson's. A very nice one at that. You sound very sure that it's not though, so I (and a few others by the looks) am assuming someone's told you that it's actually a Spotted?
You probably would have paid a bit more for a blonde spotted as well in my opinion - though not entirely sure these days. Anyway hope this has clarified it for you.

I am glad thats what he is. Other gt stimsons I have seen are way more orange. He is alot darker coloured and when I googled spotted blondes a python came up which looked alot like him.
