Trip to Australian Reptile Centre, Canberra

Took a trip to the ARC in Canberra yesterday, and thought I'd share some piccies...

First one is my kids with one of his stimmies, then Mulga snake, Tiger snakes, Inland Taipan, last one is a Bredli getting a massage from a tree skink, lol very cute.

I have some more if ya want them.. just say post more pics!

We were extremely lucky that Ross got one of his stimmies out for us to hold and so we thank you Ross, from the bottoms of our hearts.

Also, I am headed to National Zoo in Canberra in the next week or so and have never even heard of the ARC...where is it? I would love to head there too...

Its located at Gold Creek Village which is on the way into Canberra, coming from Yass. The Zoo & Aquarium at Canberra is excellent too, had a fantastic day.

PC is playing up so will post more pics tomorrow.

Grr, thought I'd try one more time and the PC decided to play! Typical.

Here we have two stimmies having a cuddle, a Collett's snake, Eastern Brown, Rainforest carpet and Diamond.

Here we have black Death Adder and two big scrubbies.

Also put in a pic of the Blood Python from the Zoo & Aquarium, he was just gorgeous!

I went there a few years back, it was a bit overpriced for the limited amount of reptiles he had, also check out 'exotic pets' it was well worth a peek.
