Ultra Novice Question - Worms for Beardies

Does anyone have advice about feeding garden worms to beardies?
I have a worm farm and my son wants to know as we're getting two beardies soon?

I hope you don't plan on keeping them together! They are very territorial and will fight as they get older. I have seen way to many posts on the ABDF and on the reptile doctors facebook pages about dragon deaths and amputations from being housed together.
