i cant see any disease's with it. Well not really any signs of disease.

You just described up further the shaking, stargazing etc.That in its self could possibly be a sign of a few diseases.Dps,opmv etc etc.
I don't think the worming would do much for it.
I would follow the advice of the others and give it a strict quarrantine, different room, tools, clothing, handwashing, handling last etc etc (something you should do for all new arrivals) for 6 to 12 months.

The Dysecdysis could be a sign of poor diet. This combined with the swaying and shaking could be a sign of anything from Liver Disease to IBD.

You should be following strict quarantine procedures on all new acquisitions, especially this one.

I would take it to a reputable Reptile Vet but if it is at the stage of Star Gazing then there is probably not a lot you can do other than euthanasia.
