Yeah Matt, first pic there was the big fella. The little ones are the ones where there was two together.

This tiger would have to have been my favourite of all that was there. Prettiest colours and even posed for my camera :D

You didn't get any of that wicked kingy ? now that was my favourite elapid on the day

yeah but we couldn't get a volunteer to clean up the Brown Snake's poo!!!

I went bollistic with my camera. 480 photos all up, not all turned out too well and only a handful of really good ones but, everyone knows cameras (or their operators) do no justice for the animals, you really needed to see them. They all looked great :D

Check out the bloated bluey :D These guys look soooo cute.

yes that tiger was my favourite elapid there. the rsp and the bright green gtp made my day out of everything. my sister loved the sand monitor and boyds and mum loved the lacie in the pit

i wanna see the pic of the dimond that beet the gtp displayed by Daniel Garcia

This is the only photo I have of the kingy, his glass was grubby and my camera wanted to focus on that instead of that beautiful snake. PJ that brown snake stunk like so bad, eewww.

It wasn't really a pit mate, just a 3m diametre pond with mulch on the bottom. He got a bit stressed as well during the day and was tail whippng a bit but never looked like he would bite anyone. As soon as the people were gone he was as cuddleable as ever.

PJ I must admit when he climbed up onto my shoulder I felt very vulnerable and waiting for him to rip my ear off. Gillsy didn't care, he left me :p while the animal climbed onto my head. Then he climbed down my back, his head through my bag and stuck in my bag - yay I coulda took him home. Then I finally got Gillsy to come and help me get him off :D He was a gorgeous boy, never looked like wanting to bite, no hissing although upon putting him down he did give me whack with his tail.

well he can't talk Kath so how else can he say "goodbye and thanks". And yes Matt, he was mine

Pit

A couple of pics of the pit.

Not sure which of these 2 won as the plaque was sitting between the 2 enclosures (both snakes belonged to the same person though.
