i would say brown tree snake, its hard in the water though
 
i was thinking coastal taipan also. brown tree never entered my mind to me doesn't look anything like a brown tree.
 
Looks to thin to be a coastal tai and the patten is def BTS.

its hard with water glare on the head but i too say BTS...



or KEELBACK,,,,lol
 
i think the markings are coming up larger because it's in the water. either way i wouldn't have gone in the water to get a better pic it might've confused my bald head for a petruding stump haha.
 
at first glance it does look like a BTS but the head does look very taipan like.
 
After zooming in on the picture I can see that the pupil is dilated and there is orange around it....would now say brown tree snake....
