Long Island Tea

I remember going on a pub crawl in Alice about a year ago and drinking Long Island Ice Teas after hitting every pub in town (there are more pubs per captia in Alice than anywhere in Australia). I was fine after the first but remember (vaguely) feeling very drunk half way through my second drink. I had just enough common sense left in me to stand up, excsuse myself and stagger to the taxi rank at the casino. I don't know how the taxi driver understood my gibberish when I gave him my address

In summer I mix up a litre of the spirits to save time, just wish they had fresh squeezed lemon juice at the super market but I have substituted grapefruit juice and called it New Orleans Mud
