they said that law was more directed at animals with physical abnomalities like 2 heads,5 legs,no eyes ,etc.

what about scaleless adders and beardies? Thats a physical abnormality, any idea what their stance is on them?

No idea ,but i don't think they would really care at the end of the day. these small trivial matters that could go either way, just aren't high on their list of priorities.

And it's so good to hear. I am really proud that we have such progressive and pro-herpetoculture Department in Queensland. "Moving forward" as Julia would say.
