I was wondering what is the longest you have had a python live to?
 
my two are 10 months old LOL..

My stimsons parents were 12 or 13 years old though.
 
Yeah mine is only about 10 months old to so I have a long time to go....
 
they live up to 20 years i think and lizards even longer and turtles for ages if wild i think
 
I would have thought that lizards don't live as long but I'm no expert I spose.
 
I know of 2 blonde macs that are over 20 yrs old. (not mine)
 
Wow thats old Ricko , mines only (just) 6 months
 
my parents have my Rosy Boa (yes, I kow this is not a python)- she's 31. :)
 
wait wat about southern x thier original albino is pretty old i think
 
i kept a blue tongue for 23 years before it passed on,
and it was an adult when i got and i was only about 5.
i still have another bluetongue ive had forabout 22 years it was an adult i rescued
when i was 11 !
so there both at least 25 to 30
the author frogs and reptiles of the sydney region ken griffiths
was telling me once when we where discussing this subject he has a water dragon
over 40!! and its possibly still goin:D
 
My Darwin is 11 months old today.
I know this is for snakes but I heard of one couple who kept a Goldfish for 40 years before it died.
 
My eldest girl is comming up to 8yrs old :)
 
this one is 16 years old ,been raised from a baby.only 9 foot long but thick and gets heavy after a while
